š The Opportunity
Weāre seeking a Product Manager to lead the endātoāend development of a mature but rapidly evolving autonomous maritime systems product line.
Youāll sit at the intersection of technology, delivery, and realāworld operations, shaping a product used in demanding, highāstakes environments. Expect a mix of strategic roadmap ownership, handsāon decisionāmaking, and close collaboration with engineering and programme teams.

š¼ What Youāll Be Doing
- š§ Own the product roadmap for a key autonomous systems product line
- š Align engineering capability, programme needs, and longāterm product direction
- š¤ Act as the bridge between engineering teams and customerāfacing stakeholders
- š Translate operational requirements into clear, prioritised product definitions
- š§© Maintain technical and functional coherence across multiple programmes
- āļø Hold ownership of product requirements, backlog, and acceptance criteria
- š Support programme delivery with productālevel decisions and tradeāoffs
- š£ Contribute to bids, proposals, and product positioning
- š” Communicate strategy, priorities, and rationale across diverse teams
š§ Who You Are
- Proven experience in product management or a similar technical leadership role
- Background in software, robotics, autonomy, maritime systems, or complex engineered products
- Able to understand and challenge system architectures and technical decisions
- Comfortable in deliveryāled, programmeādriven environments
- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity
- Collaborative, curious, and motivated by meaningful impact
⨠Desirable Extras
- Experience in maritime, autonomous vehicles, or remote platforms
- Exposure to bids, proposals, or regulated markets (defence, government, etc.)
- Ability to balance customer needs, delivery realities, and longāterm product leverage
- Experience scaling products across multiple programmes or regions
š° Salary
Ā£85-95,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits package
