Recruitment Consutlant (Tech) - 270 - $300k Fee's
If you’re currently grinding away on £15k fees, splitting jobs with five other agencies, and spending most of your week doing cold BD just to win work... this is a very different opportunity.
We’re partnered with a boutique search firm operating in the US buy-side market across Quant Trading and Software Engineering — a space where average fees hit $300,000 this year, top deals have reached $1,000,000, and the focus is on delivering high-calibre talent, not hammering out 100 cold calls a day.
This is a 180/270-style role with no expectation to build your own client base from scratch. Instead, you’ll work directly on retained, high-value searches with some of the most sophisticated hedge funds in the world, speaking to elite-level engineers and quants coming from firms like Meta and Google.
The environment is boutique, high-performance, and genuinely collaborative — no layers of management, no overly corporate culture, and no “smile and dial” mentality. You’ll learn directly from recruiters billing seven figures annually while building expertise in one of the most lucrative markets in recruitment.
