IT / PMO (Business Analyst) – UK

Position: Business Analyst – IT / PMO

Location: UK

Experience: 0–5 Years

Education: B.Tech / B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, or related background preferred)

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to client locations as required

Technology Exposure: Oracle Fusion preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project execution and tracking.
  • Support PMO activities including project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis activities.
  • Work closely with technical and functional teams for Oracle Fusion-related projects.
  • Prepare presentations, MOMs, project trackers, and dashboards.
  • Ensure timely communication between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings and support implementation activities.
  • Maintain project documentation and follow organizational processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of Business Analysis and PMO activities.
  • Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
  • Candidates from B.Tech / B.Sc background.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
