IT / PMO (Business Analyst) – UK
Position: Business Analyst – IT / PMO
Location: UK
Experience: 0–5 Years
Education: B.Tech / B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, or related background preferred)
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to client locations as required
Technology Exposure: Oracle Fusion preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project execution and tracking.
- Support PMO activities including project documentation, reporting, and status updates.
- Assist in requirement gathering, process mapping, and business analysis activities.
- Work closely with technical and functional teams for Oracle Fusion-related projects.
- Prepare presentations, MOMs, project trackers, and dashboards.
- Ensure timely communication between business and technical stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings and support implementation activities.
- Maintain project documentation and follow organizational processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis and PMO activities.
- Knowledge or exposure to Oracle Fusion is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
- Willingness to travel for client requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Candidates from B.Tech / B.Sc background.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Good presentation and stakeholder management skills.
