· Reports to the Office Manager
· Works with other support staff
· Provides support and guidance to the customers
Role
· Manage SIM base
· Diagnose faults online
· Liaise directly with the end user
· Record and manage calls within the CRM
· Liaise with device manufacturer
· Update devices over the air
· Test and sign off configurations and firmware’s
· Support the customer service desk
· Advise customers over the phone and via email

Develop into a Technical Team or Accounts full time roll
