Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship
Our client is looking for an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant to join their team. Within this role, you will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle whilst completing your Level 3 Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship. Candidates will need to have some resourcing experience. Our client based in Ipswich IP6, TSR are a trusted recruitment agency.
Role
- To advertise and manage ads via recruitment platforms for all team member vacancies
- Proactively source candidates for all vacancies via Job Boards, referrals, and local platforms
- Manage all applicants, ensuring a constant stream of applications for management consideration
- Support with compliance and administration tasks.
- Telephone screen all direct candidates and arrange interviews for all suitable profiles
- Complete all reference checks for any potential new hires
- To follow directions and maintain company standards in recruitment activities as directed by managers
- To be proactive in the recruitment search
- Recruitment mapping and marketing - using LinkedIn and CRM to produce shortlists
- Social media - expanding the business presence across LinkedIn in a professional manner
Training

- In House Training
Training will be delivered weekly.
