2nd Line IT Support Engineer

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a growing IT services provider delivering support to a broad client base across multiple sectors just outside of Cardiff. They’re looking for a 2nd Line Engineer who can take ownership of issues, handle escalations, and properly troubleshoot — not just follow scripts.

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience in a 2nd line or strong 1st/2nd line role
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (admin and troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Confident problem solver across hardware and software
  • MSP experience essential
