Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes , AWS , and NoSQL (MongoDB) to join our team in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking or financial services , a collaborative mindset, and the right attitude to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–15 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 21 preferred).
• Expertise in Spring Boot , REST APIs , and microservices architecture .
• Proven experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases .
• Background in Banking / Financial Services domain is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude .
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bournemouth (5 days onsite required).
