TTC Group is seeking a Gen AI Developer who will work at the forefront of innovation, building cutting-edge solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven architectures. This is an exciting opportunity to shape next-generation platforms within a fast-evolving AI landscape, working on enterprise-scale systems in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs
• Perform prompt engineering and optimise models for enterprise use cases
• Build AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
• Ensure responsible AI practices including governance, security, and compliance
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimise model performance
• Document solution architecture and workflows

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI model integration
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of API integration and microservices architecture
• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar platforms
• Knowledge of MLOps or AI lifecycle management
• Experience within financial services or regulated environments
