O9 Functional Consultant

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

TTC Group is looking for an experienced O9 Functional Consultan t with strong retail planning expertise to design and configure planning solutions on the O9 platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate merchandising and planning processes into scalable models across Assortment Planning, Demand Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design and configuration of O9 planning solutions (MFP, Demand, Supply, Assortment)
• Translate retail planning & merchandising requirements into o9 configurations
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care during implementation.
• Collaborate with data, integration, and technical teams for smooth data flow.
• Validate planning outputs and support post-go-live enhancements

Requirements:

• Experience with o9 modules – Assortment Planning, Demand Planning, Allocation & Replenishment.
• Strong understanding of retail hierarchies, seasonality, product attributes, and planning models.
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional solution designs.
• Working knowledge of SQL / Python for data validation.
• Experience with ETL tools and planning data flows.
