Workday Functional Specialist

As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate a blend of technical and functional knowledge, be comfortable dealing with and resolving day to day queries and issues. Take responsibility for basic configuration and debugging work. It is important that you can show experience and knowledge of the following areas, you don't need to be an expert in all but should be able to show detailed knowledge in a couple of areas Foundational Data Model (FDM) – A strong understanding of Worktags would be a good example
Financial Accounting Configuration – Ledger configuration, book codes & account posting
Intercompany, Allocations & Currency Translation – Building and Troubleshooting
Accounts Payable & Banking Fundamentals Configuration, payment file generation, bank statement integration
Composite & Advanced Reporting - difference between a simple report, a composite report, and a matrix report in Workday
Calculated Fields - Logical functions - Creating xehkeey complex CFs and debug systematically
Workday Security Model - Security groups, Domain Security, Segment-based security – Validating Security in the Build
Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) – Building & Troubleshooting
