This is an excellent full time opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join TXP during a period significant growth, and work onsite at our leading financial services company and be part of their biggest ever transformation program!

Our Technology Division has been trusted for more than a decade to deliver mission-critical digital development projects to a range of industries around the world. Our projects cover the entire delivery life cycle from capturing initial business requirements, through to code development, QA activities - all the way through to release and ongoing production support.

This is a superb opening to support the increase in demand from projects and business change initiatives. Our client currently has a significant number of change programmes in key areas of our business including projects in digital customer management, finance, general insurance policy management systems and regulatory change.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Strong business analysis background
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an IT consultancy/financial services industry
  • A good knowledge of Business Analysis practices (e.g BPMN, MoSCoW, Lean Six Sigma)
  • A good understanding of the end to end delivery framework
  • Ability to communicate technical change concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple small client projects simultaneously or a single medium sized project
  • An understanding of Financial Services projects and challenges would be advantageous
  • Agile, Waterfall methodology experience
  • Experience of process mapping tools
  • Knowledge and experience documenting requirements using Use Cases/UML or User Stories and BPMN for processes
