Lead Developer

Lead Developer needed for AI programme. Hands-on role combining low-code platform expertise (Power Platform) with Python/AI development and technical leadership.

• Hands-on development with low-code platforms (Power Platform) and Python
• Make technical and architectural decisions for AI projects
• Build solutions using AI frameworks (LangChain) and cloud AI services
• Collaborate with product owners and user researchers
• Provide technical direction to team of 15

• Strong low-code/no-code platform experience (Power Platform) - disqualifying if absent
• Python proficiency for AI development
• AI frameworks experience (LangChain)
• Microsoft stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry)
• Cloud AI services (Vertex, Bedrock, Azure AI)
• Experience leading teams and making technical decisions
