Live Services Engineer

Live Services Engineer Location: Telford (2 days/week preferred, flexible)Contract: 09/02/2026 - 31/12/2026 Rate: £500-£525/day (Inside IR35)Clearance: SC Highly Preferred Client: Public sector

Key Skills:

PL/SQL & Java (development/debugging)
Live Service Support experience
ServiceNow (ticket triage & RCA)
Batch scheduling tools
Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Provide live service support and resolve incidents within SLAs
Monitor batch scheduling and perform daily checks
Triage ServiceNow tickets and support patching/failover activities
