Performance Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to join our public sector client. You'll be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and improving the performance of digital services to ensure they meet user needs and deliver value.

Performance Analyst (SFIA Level 4) Location: Remote Day Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)Contract: 3 months rolling

The ideal candidate will hold active SC clearance

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data for digital services
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with service teams to implement enhancements
• Ensure compliance with GDS standards
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
