Product Manager - M365 Copilot

Location: London (flexible onsite 1-3 days/week)Contract: 6 months | Inside IR35 Rate: £650/day Clearance: BPSS (SC eligibility desirable)

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager (5+ years) to lead the implementation of M365 Copilot within a large, complex, and regulated environment. Central government experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product delivery across discovery, alpha, beta, and live phases.
  • Drive M365 Copilot adoption and AI tool integration.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and engage non-technical policy stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach in a fast-moving environment.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong product management expertise in regulated settings.
  • Knowledge of M365 Copilot and AI technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Agile working and adaptability.

Nice to Have:

  • Central government experience.
  • SC clearance eligibility.
