Contract Programme Manager - Security & Financial Crime

A leading organisation is seeking a highly experienced Programme Manager to deliver a portfolio of complex Security and Financial Crime initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of functional and technical delivery experience within a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-workstream programmes across Security, Risk, and Financial Crime
- Own programme governance, planning, reporting, and delivery oversight
- Align business and technology teams to ensure successful execution
- Manage senior stakeholders and maintain clear communication on risks, issues, and dependencies
- Oversee delivery of both technical and change components, ensuring compliance with financial services standards
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience as a Programme Manager within financial services
- Proven background delivering Financial Crime, Security, or Cyber programmes
- Ability to manage complex, enterprise scale initiatives with both technical and functional elements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within highly regulated environments
Working Arrangements
- Hybrid: two days per week onsite in Knutsford (Cheshire area)
- Remainder remote
- UK-based candidates only; umbrella engagement required
