Senior Delivery Lead

Job Description

Location: Hybrid (West Midlands)

Permanent

We are TXP. We help businesses and organisations move forward, at pace and at scale. We believe in the transformative power of combining technology and people. By providing consulting expertise, development services and resourcing, we work closely with organisations to solve their most complex business problems.

Our work transforms organisations – and we take that responsibility seriously. We focus on success, pursue excellence and take ownership of everything we do.

But achieving that level of performance requires an inclusive and supportive working environment. We believe in the power of technology and people, and we help everyone here to succeed. At TXP, you can multiply your potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you’ll take ownership of varied client engagements across our technology delivery portfolio. You’ll ensure that delivery teams are aligned with Statements of Work (SoWs), timelines, and quality standards, while acting as a senior point of contact for client stakeholders. You'll act as both a Delivery Lead and Scrum Master within client engagements. While accountable for the overall engagement, you will run ceremonies, remove impediments and ensure delivery rhythms are executed effectively. You’ll be responsible for translating client strategies into actionable delivery plans and sales proposals, identifying growth opportunities, and driving excellence across all engagements.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Project Management, sales teams, and delivery leads to ensure strategic alignment and measurable business impact. You’ll also support resource planning, governance, and reporting across your client engagements, while championing our CARES values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a high-performing leader with:

  • Proven experience performing dual Scrum Master and Delivery leadership responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Strong Agile practitioner skills, including facilitation of ceremonies, team coaching, backlog management, and servant leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Experience acting as a Scrum Master within technology delivery environments, ideally across multiple Agile squads.
  • Commercial acumen and experience supporting sales and account growth.
  • Ability to build business cases and translate strategy into delivery.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Seamless execution of client engagements with high satisfaction scores.
  • Delivery teams consistently meeting contractual commitments and quality standards.
  • Identification and conversion of new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Clear, actionable reporting and governance across client engagements.
  • Embodiment of our CARES values in leadership, delivery, and client interaction.
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor by clients and colleagues alike.

Benefits:

  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
  • An additional day of paid leave for your birthday (or Christmas eve).
  • Salary sacrifice, matched employer contributed pension (4%).
  • Life assurance (3x).
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).
  • Private medical insurance through our partner Aviva.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Corporate eye-care vouchers.
  • Access to an independent financial advisor.
  • 2 x social value days per year to give back to local communities.
