We're working with a public sector client seeking an experienced User Researcher to support the delivery of user-centred digital services.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative user research across the service lifecycle
• Translate user needs into clear insights to inform design and product decisions
• Work closely with service designers, product managers and delivery teams
• Engage with a range of stakeholders and present research findings clearly
• Ensure research approaches align with GDS standards and best practice

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a User Researcher in the public sector or similarly complex environments
• Strong hands-on experience with user-centred design and research methods
• Confidence working in multidisciplinary teams and agile delivery settings
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
