Location: London (Hybrid, minimum 2 days onsite per week)
Contract Length: 9-12 Months

Rate: £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)

The Opportunity

We're supporting a leading organisation within the property and real estate sector on a major CRM and business transformation programme. As part of this initiative, we're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to play a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions across multiple business functions.
  • Analyse and document current and future business processes.
  • Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and business documentation.
  • Translate business needs into clear Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional specifications.
  • Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.
  • Work closely with solution architects, developers, and test teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as the bridge between business and technology teams.
  • Ensure solutions align with business objectives, user needs, and best practice CRM processes.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Strong understanding of D365 CRM, including:
    • Workflows
    • Entities
    • Security models
    • Customer engagement processes
    • Integrations and related ecosystem components
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong background in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business analysis methodologies.
  • Experience supporting UAT and change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
