Location: Warwickshire (1 day per week onsite, rest remote working)

A Midlands based mid-level Communications & Engagement Lead is urgently required by our leading financial services client in Warwickshire, to focus on the following deliverables -

• Develop and manage detailed communications plans that align with the overall programme strategy and objectives, incorporating the ADKAR model to facilitate effective change.
• Draft clear and concise communications for various audiences, including the wider business and programme team members.
• Gather and define communications requirements from stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
• Work closely with IT leads, Business Relationship Managers, and the Learning & Organisational Development team to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of the programme's impact.
• Collaborate with the PMO Analyst and other team members to ensure interlocks and alignment between workstreams.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to improve engagement and understanding.
