Level 1 Desktop Engineer x2 - Windows 11 Migration Project

Location: Wimbledon, London
Start Date: ASAP / 20th October
Duration: Until 20th November
Rate: £160-£175 per day (Inside IR35), depending on experience and skillset
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

The Opportunity

We're seeking two Level 1 Desktop Engineers to join a Windows 11 migration project based onsite in Wimbledon.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting device and user migrations to Windows 11
• Hardware deployment, installation, and setup
• User account configuration and onboarding
• Providing Level 1 desktop support to end users
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Incident logging, investigation, and resolution
• Managing user and device configurations throughout the migration process

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a Desktop Support, IT Support or Deployment role
• Experience supporting Windows-based environments
• Experience with migration, deployment, rollout, or refresh projects
