Security Clearance: While SC clearance is desirable, it is not essential. Candidates must be eligible to obtain UK SC clearance (e.g. having lived in the UK for the past 5 years and no criminal record).

What Youll Be Doing
Join TXP as a Full Stack Developer, working on client-facing projects within internal or customer development teams. Youll focus on backend development using Java and Spring, with some frontend work in React or JavaScript/TypeScript. Youll be hands-on across the full development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, within Agile sprints.
Youll collaborate with customers, delivery partners, and colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions that meet real-world needs.
What Were Looking For
Were after a developer whos confident with Java and comfortable working across the stack. Youll be proactive, quality-focused, and able to explain technical ideas clearly.
- Java (1.6/1.8), Spring Framework
- React or modern JS/TS frameworks
- REST APIs, Oracle PL/SQL
- Microservices, Maven, Docker/Kubernetes
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Unit testing (JUnit, Mockito), TDD/CI
- Azure or AWS
- Bash/Linux scripting
- SOA, component-based development
- Exposure to technical architecture
