We are seeking a skilled Co-Pilot Developer Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions within our clients environment. The role focuses on leveraging Microsoft Copilot and related technologies to enhance clinical, operational, and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI services
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Integrate Copilot solutions with existing NHS systems (e.g., EHRs, data platforms)
• Ensure compliance with NHS data governance, security, and privacy standards
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and user training
• Support testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI solutions

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and/or Azure AI
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration's, and cloud architecture
• Experience working in healthcare or public sector environments (preferably NHS)
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, NHS standards)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
