NICHE RMS Subject Matter Expert

12-18 month contract

Market Day Rate - Outside IR35

Location: Warwickshire - Hybrid Working options available

Vetting/Clearance required: NPPV3 (Non-Police Personnel Vetting Level 3)

An accomplished, UK based Integration Subject Matter expert is urgently required to work on complex NICHE migration / RMS replacement programme.

Our client is mobilising a Records Management System (RMS) Replacement Programme. This is anticipated to be one of the largest and most complex change programmes that has been undertaken for many years.

An an experienced Integration SME, you will be required to provide Niche / RMS Integration expertise for the implementation programme. Our client has a strategic priority to complete the RMS replacement at pace - with a target cut-over date of March 2027.

The Integration SME will play a critical role in designing, delivering, and assuring system integrations between Niche RMS and internal and external systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and performant data exchange in support of operational policing.

Key Experience -

• Proven experience as an Integration SME or Architect
• Familiarity with Niche RMS / or similar police records management systems
• Strong understanding of API, messaging, and batch integration patterns
• Experience integrating enterprise systems in complex environments
• Knowledge of security standards, authentication, and data protection
• Experience working with integration middleware or platforms
• Experience working within UK policing, public sector, or justice environments (desirable)
• Understanding of records management and operational data flows
