This is a hybrid role that blends pre-sales consultancy with bid support, proposal development, and sales enablement across both public and private sector clients.You'll work closely with sales owners, practice leads, and delivery teams to craft compelling, technically sound submissions that help convert opportunities into wins. - Collaborating with sales and delivery teams to qualify opportunities and shape winning proposals.
- Creating Statements of Work, capability decks, and commercial models.
- Supporting bid efforts with persuasive, compliant responses.
- Maintaining reusable assets and knowledge libraries.
- Acting as a subtle influencer across teams, bringing clarity to complex engagements.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in pre-sales or technical account management within IT services.
- Strong understanding of tech concepts (e.g., SaaS, Microsoft stack, data analytics).
- Bid writing or bid management experience (Direct Award knowledge is a bonus).
- Background in both public and private sectors.
- Excellent writing, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
