We're looking for a Senior Developer with strong Ruby on Rails experience who can hit the ground running in a government environment.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative working style, be comfortable integrating into established teams, and contribute effectively from day one.

They should have prior public sector or government experience, with a good understanding of service standards, security, and accessibility requirements. Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience working with multidisciplinary teams and supporting best practices such as code reviews and mentoring.
