Scrum Master/Senior Delivery Lead
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 Per Annum, Plus TXP Benefits (Pension, Private Family Healthcare etc)
Location: Hybrid Working (Warwickshire/West Midlands)
We are looking for an experienced, Midlands based Delivery Manager/Scrum Master to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Our Technology Division at TXP has been trusted for more than a decade to deliver mission-critical digital development projects to a range of industries around the world. Our projects cover the entire delivery lifecycle from capturing initial business requirements, through to code development, QA activities - all the way through to release and ongoing production support.
We believe that outcome-focused delivery governance is critical to delivering value to our clients. Our engagements are typically delivered following an Agile approach blended with key project management practices to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the expected quality.
We are seeking an accomplished Scrum Master/Delivery Lead who can travel to our impressive Financial Services client's Head offices in Warwickshire; the role will align to our clients biggest ever transformation program.
Skills and experience required -
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager and Agile Scrum Master
- Digital and Data project experience
- Proven ability to empower and shape a team towards effective delivery
- Strong understanding of application development and modernisation services
- Demonstrated ability to pro-actively spot gaps and challenges in the SDLC lifecycle, and identify and support the implementation of improvements
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional client engagement and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with project management tools
- A good understanding of the use of Azure DevOps on Agile software deliveries
