We are partnered with the UK's premium IT solutions provider who are on the lookout for a proactive and organised Administration Team Leader to join a fast-paced warehouse operations team. If you're someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, this could be a great next step.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading a small team of admin staff, managing workflow and performance
• Handling queries and escalations across departments and sales teams
• Overseeing order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
• Working closely with couriers and managing complex customer orders
• Supporting export processes and ensuring compliance with shipping requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience in logistics, warehouse admin, or order processing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing people and coaching team members
• High attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Export knowledge is a big plus!
