Role: Test Manager

Location: Remote working with occasional travel to West Midlands

Salary: Negotiable

We are currently recruiting for a Test Manager to join the organisation who will champion the test approach and collateral used within internal or customer Application Development Teams. You will contribute to development of and adherence to analysis, design, coding, testing, release, technical and service standards and work closely with the clients to manage test team utilisation in line with division objectives.

Skills and Experience required

• Significant experience of managing test resource across multiple projects, including matrix management of partner resource.
• Experience in and knowledge of developing industry standard test practices, their implementation and management.
• High experience in and knowledge of techniques, tools and technologies associated with the development of automated test suites.
• Experience of performance, security and penetration testing in line with current industry standards
• Experience of Test-Driven Development.
• Experience of Scrum-based approaches, Sprint planning and rituals.
• Experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
• A good understanding of the principles of software design, implementation and deployment.
