Grad Operations Associate

CONTRACT | LONDON, OFFICE-BASED ALDGATE EAST | IMMEDIATE START | £14.80 per hour + over time

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Care providers across the UK are facing a workforce crisis -- demand for care is rising year on year while finding and retaining carers remains their biggest challenge. Our client has built a B2B SaaS platform that supports hiring, onboarding, sponsorship, and compliance all in one place, reducing admin burden and stress for care homes and local government providers alike.

Founded following a deeply personal experience of navigating care for a loved one, this is an early-stage, investor-backed company with strong customer growth and a mission that genuinely matters. They have a strong senior team from who are ex-Deliveroo, Cabinet Office, McKinsey and Amazon.

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on contract role sitting close to senior leadership on a business-critical operational project. We are looking for someone sharp, highly organised, and ready to hit the ground running from day one. You'll be joining three other recent graduates who all come from a science, economics, and finance background.

  • Following established operational workflows and identifying opportunities to improve them
  • Flagging issues and escalating appropriately when needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Smart, proactive, and quick to get up to speed
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own workload
  • Confident using spreadsheets and online systems
  • At ease in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
  • Available to start immediately

DO NOT APPLY IF YOU...

  • Like a slow pace of work
  • Can't cope with changing priorities
  • Like to know every piece of detail before you start anything

WHY JOIN?

  • A mission that actually matters -- supporting a company solving one of the UK's most pressing challenges
  • Working hand in hand with leadership from day one
  • Real influence in a company where customers genuinely need what they offer
  • Genuine potential for longer-term opportunities for standout candidates
  • Opportunity to have a VC-backed technology startup on your CV
