What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the key as proxy between business and technical teams
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
• Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Translate business needs into clear documentation, including user stories, workflows, and specifications
• Support delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solutions align with business goals

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and how systems support them
• Confident communicator, skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across global regions and time zones
• Experience with tools like SQL or Power BI
