What you'll do

• Embed with customers. Learn their business and their stack. Design agentic systems that solve a real, expensive problem.
• Deploy, configure, and optimise those systems in production. Build custom agents, tools, and workflows in Python.
• Own it from first workshop to live system to measurable result.
• Feed what you learn back into the product.

How they work

Start narrow. Ship this week, not this quarter. Make failures loud and early. Add complexity only when the evidence demands it.

You'll need

• Strong Python, with real API and systems-integration experience.
• A track record in a customer-facing technical role: solutions engineer, sales engineer, forward deployed, or technical consultant.
• Fluency with LLMs, AI agents, and modern GenAI patterns.
• The rare mix: you can hold a room of senior stakeholders and a terminal in the same afternoon.
• Bonus: RAG, database design, human-in-the-loop systems, or open-source contributions.
