Senior Software Engineer – £75,000 + Benefits + Work Anywhere in the World for a Month – .NET / AWS – Leeds

When you got into Software Engineering, it was to solve problems and write code.

But a lot of senior roles slowly drift away from that.

Not here you won't...

You’ll be a hands-on Senior Software Engineer, spending most of your time writing code, solving problems and improving the platform.

Alongside that, you’ll mentor junior engineers, contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the platform with other senior engineers.

There’s also clear progression here, with the opportunity to grow into a Lead role over time if that’s something you want.

You’ll be working on a product-led platform that has processed over £2B+, so performance, reliability and scalability genuinely matter.|

The work is a mix of greenfield development and improving existing systems, giving you real influence over how the platform evolves.

Tech stack

• .NET / C# (.NET 8+)

• AWS (any cloud experience welcome)

• SQL

You’ll be joining a team that cares about clean code, solid architecture and building systems properly, not just closing tickets.

Flexibility is also a big part of the culture. School runs, hobbies, life outside of work — they’re happy to work around it.

You can also work anywhere in the world for up to a month each year.

The salary is great too - £75K is great money for a Senior.
