Senior Software Engineer - up to £90,000 + 10% bonus + Benefits + Newcastle City Centre

When you got into Software Engineering, it was to solve problems and write code.

But a lot of senior roles slowly drift away from that.

Not here you won't.

You’ll be a hands-on Senior Software Engineer, spending most of your time writing code, solving problems and improving the platform.

You'll be trusted to use the right technologies that fit the job. They use a variety of technologies here, ranging from:

• C++

• .NET

• Rust

• Java

• Python

They are open to anyone who has worked within the above languages.

Any exposure to a full-stack setting or AI/ML is desirable.

This is very much a startup-style environment, but fully funded and low risk. You’ll have the chance to influence engineering culture, technical standards and the direction of the team.

You’ll be joining a team that cares about clean code, solid architecture and building systems properly, not just closing tickets.

Flexibility is also a big part of the culture. School runs, hobbies, life outside of work, they’re happy to work around it.

The salary is great too - £85K is great money for a Senior.
