Ecommerce Executive

The Company:

A new and exciting position to work for a well established and reputable on line Fashion retailer require an Ecommerce Executive to join their busy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work with the senior management and develop new skills working in an expanding Ecommerce team.

The Fashion Ecommerce Exec is responsible for contributing to the long-term success of the

e-commerce site providing day-to-day support to the Operations Manager and E-Commerce Manager.

The role:

• To assist Management team with all aspects of e commerce
• Assist on visual merchandising of products within the store.
• Assist in testing of new website functionalities
• Research and contribute creative ideas to the e-commerce team.
• Assist with generating demand for the product as well as assisting PR with promotions and social media tools.
• Input product details and check that all the information is correct.
• Liaise with the warehouse to ensure all deliveries are within the delivery window selected by the customer.
• Liaise with relevant teams on development briefs and assist in the production process where relevant.
• Experience working within a fast paced e-commerce team, ideally within fashion .
• Sound commercial, analytical and numerical skills including the ability to communicate clearly in a pressured environment.
• Ability to independently manage workflow and prioritize tasks in order to meet competing and changing deadlines, with a sound awareness of the team requirements.
• Ability to confidently communicate with external teams to coordinate assets and resolve issues.
• Fast problem solving skills and a meticulous nature and eye for detail.
• Dedication to the brand and success of the e-commerce platform.
• Ideally a creative and confident team player willing to continuously contribute ideas to the
• e-commerce team.

Skills required:

• 2-3 Year experience in E commerce ideally from a fashion background
• Knowledge of Shopify – desirable
• A good team player and someone who is willing to learn.
• The person must have good analytical skills and logical thought process.
• Ability to work online and research the market places
• CMS & HTML a distinct advantage
• Must be commutable to Trafford Park
