The role This is not a typical sales role.

You will be one of the first people selling the platform, working directly with the founders and helping define how the business goes to market.

You will sell to: CFOs and Finance Directors Global Talent Leads and Heads of HR Founders and CEOs of well-funded, fast-growing businesses These buyers care about cost, speed, quality, and signal over noise.

You will own deals end to end, from first conversation through to close and expansion, while also helping shape messaging, pricing, and positioning. xkybehq

What you will be doing Selling the platform to senior decision-makers across finance, HR, and leadership Running high-quality, insight-led sales conversations rather than scripted demos Closing new business and growing existing accounts Feeding real market insight back into product and strategy Helping define sales playbooks, objections, and ideal customer profiles Acting as a true commercial partner to the founders Who this role is for A proven B2B sales professional with experience selling to CFOs, HR leaders, or founders Someone comfortable selling a new category, not just a known product Commercially sharp, confident, and credible at senior levels Energised by being early, building something, and owning outcomes Experience in SaaS, HR tech, marketplaces, recruitment, or professional services is helpful but not essential This role suits someone who wants ownership, upside, and influence not just a quota.
