We're partnering with an established, highly respected recruitment business that operates across technology, engineering and specialist professional markets. With decades of success behind them, they have built an enviable reputation for delivering recruitment solutions to some of the UK's most recognised employers. The business is now seeking a Sales Recruitment Leader to take ownership of a growing Technology recruitment team in London.
This is not a role where you'll be sitting in meetings all day. You'll remain highly active in the market, leading from the front through your own business development activity, billings and client relationships, whilst coaching and developing a team of consultants around you.
The Opportunity
Joining an established Technology division, you'll inherit a team of recruiters at varying stages of their careers and be tasked with driving performance, creating energy and building a high-performance sales culture.
The role would suit an experienced Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Leader or Billing Manager who enjoys the commercial side of recruitment and wants genuine influence over a team's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a Technology recruitment team
- Drive business development activity and client acquisition
- Maintain your own billing desk and lead by example
- Develop contract and permanent revenue streams
- Support consultants with sales strategy, client development and delivery
- Forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Build long-term client partnerships across the Technology market
- Help create a high-performance, collaborative team culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a 360 recruitment environment
- Strong track record of personal billings
- Experience in winning and developing new business
- Leadership or mentoring experience would be advantageous
- Commercially driven with a genuine passion for recruitment
- Able to inspire, motivate and influence others
- Experience within Technology recruitment is beneficial but not essential
