I’m currently working with a growing specialist recruitment and consulting firm that delivers transformation, digital, data and technology expertise across Financial Services and Government sectors.
They’re entering a really exciting growth phase and are looking to bring in an experienced Senior or Principal Consultant to join their Contracts & Interim team in Bristol.
What stood out to me about this business is the culture. They’ve deliberately built an environment that’s very different from many larger recruitment firms — it’s high-performing, but built on trust, autonomy and fair reward, rather than heavy KPIs or micromanagement.
The Role
You’d be joining a warm contracts desk with live client relationships, while operating with a 360 mindset — developing accounts, strengthening partnerships and bringing new opportunities into the business.
The role focuses on contract and interim recruitment across:
- Business Change / Transformation
- Digital
- Data
- Technology
You’ll have the autonomy to grow your desk, build long-term client relationships and shape your market.
What They’re Looking For
They’re much more interested in track record and capability than years of experience.
Typically this role would suit someone who has:
- Strong experience operating in a 360 recruitment role
- A background in contract or interim recruitment (perm recruiters looking to transition also considered)
- Experience within business change, transformation, digital, data or technology markets
- A consistent billing history (often £150k+ GP annually)
- A proactive approach to business development and relationship building
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a desk
