We’re supporting a growing specialist consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering measurable procurement value. The team works with clients to unlock cost reduction, transformation and broader value creation across complex procurement environments.

The opportunity

As part of continued growth, the business is looking to hire Senior Consultants and a Manager into its procurement advisory team. These roles are suited to individuals with procurement consulting experience and a strong track record of delivering procurement cost-out, savings and wider value creation across client engagements.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver procurement consulting support across strategic sourcing, cost reduction and transformation programmes for clients.
• Identify value creation opportunities through spend analysis, supplier review, market insight and category strategy development.
• Lead or support sourcing activity end to end, including opportunity assessment, tendering, negotiation and implementation.
• Partner with client stakeholders to shape procurement strategies and deliver commercially credible recommendations.
• For the Manager level, lead workstreams or wider programmes, manage junior consultants and support business development activity.

Key skills:

• Proven experience in procurement consulting within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering procurement savings, cost-out programmes and wider value creation for clients.
• Strong strategic sourcing and category management capability across complex client environments.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders effectively.
• For Manager level, experience leading consulting engagements, managing consultants and contributing to account growth.
