We’re supporting a large, UK-based infrastructure and services organisation undergoing a major business transformation. With thousands of employees across the UK and Ireland, the business operates across energy, facilities, engineering and support services, playing a key role in helping organisations transition to more sustainable and digital ways of working.
As part of a significant ERP consolidation programme, they are implementing SAP S/4HANA and standardising processes across Finance, Procurement and Operations. This role will lead the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) workstream.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of the S2P/P2P workstream within a major SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation
- Lead process standardisation across sourcing, purchasing, invoice management and payment
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders to drive adoption and business alignment
- Define KPIs, reporting frameworks and ensure benefits realisation
- Manage risks, governance, documentation and ensure high-quality programme delivery
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes end-to-end
- Strong experience working on SAP S/4HANA and COUPA (or equivalent ERP transformation programmes)
- Proven track record leading large-scale change and business transformation initiatives
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, from operational teams through to executive level
Broader ERP experience (e.g. Oracle, Ariba etc.) will be considered depending on technical depth, but S/4HANA and COUPA exposure is highly desirable.
