AI Communications Manager

Talent Frame are delighted to partner with their client on a fantastic AI Communications Manager role. This strategic position involves leading communications around technology transformation, with a focus on generative AI initiatives and digital innovation. The successful candidate will develop engaging, accessible messages to inform and inspire internal and external audiences.

This role is hybrid working - with 3 days in the central London office, 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute communication strategies for AI transformation programmes.
• Create compelling campaigns that translate complex digital and AI topics into accessible messages for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with wider teams on external communications to position the firm as a leader in terms of it's tech adoption and innovation.
• Work closely with stakeholders on messaging for change management plans.
• Develop resources to promote new tools, processes, and AI applications internally and externally.
• Measure effectiveness through analytics and feedback, and work on continuous improvement.
• Manage sensitive communication issues, such as data privacy, ethical technology use, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed on emerging trends.

Person Specification

• Proven experience in delivering communications for technology and digital transformation within large complex firms - professional services or regulated industry experience will be prioritised.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Can demonstrate effective of communications through analytics tools.
• Comfortable working in fast-evolving environments with competing priorities, demonstrating organisation and adaptability.
