Ecommerce Manager in Milton Keynes to join their ambitious team and drive sales growth across key digital channels in the UK and US markets. TWhat you'll do:
- Take ownership of day-to-day Shopify and Amazon store operations, optimising performance and customer experience
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising to maximise visibility and sales
- Implement SEO best practices and site improvements to improve organic reach and enhance customer journey
- Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, increase basket sizes, and boost customer lifetime value
- Develop and execute upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies that drive revenue growth
- Design and run A/B tests to continuously improve site performance and user experience
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
- Oversee outsourced peer-to-peer (P2P) programs, ensuring strong performance and brand alignment
What we're looking for:
