Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their digital channels and play a key role in driving growth. This role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid opportunities.
The Role: - Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify and Amazon stores, ensuring smooth performance and a best-in-class customer experience.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximise visibility and sales.
- Drive organic reach through SEO best practices and continuous site improvements.
- Use data to optimise conversion rates, basket sizes, and customer lifetime value.
- Create upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies that boost revenue.
- Run A/B tests to improve performance and UX.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Manage outsourced peer-to-peer (P2P) programs to ensure alignment and strong results.
What You’ll Bring: - Hands-on experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores.
- Data-driven mindset with proven CRO and UX optimisation skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, commercial approach with a track record of growing online sales.

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5pm with flexible core hours (10am–2pm)
- Hybrid working: Office in Milton Keynes on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; work from home Tuesday & Friday
- Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays, plus 2-week paid Christmas shutdown
