Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for our fantastic client based in London. We are seeking an organised, proactive temp-perm contract Event IT Logistics Technician for an immediate start in London. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all event-related IT needs, ensuring clients and exhibitors have a seamless technical experience from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities: - Support client and exhibitor IT requirements, from initial enquiries to on-site troubleshooting.
- Manage online exhibitor orders, maintain accurate job sheets, and update event IT specs.
- Work closely with the AV/IT team to deliver, rig, and de-rig ICT equipment.
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors for additional equipment when needed.
- Monitor IT stock levels, maintain accurate sales records, and assist with billing.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth event delivery.
Skills & Experience: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of networking, wireless technologies, Windows/Mac OS, and AV equipment.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
Additional information:
- Monday to Friday only
- £15.60 per hour
- Working hours are 37 hours per week, overtime available
