Senior Finance Systems Analyst
This role is a Hybrid role based in Belfast
This is a brand-new role created to strengthen a growing Finance Systems team, and it's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning systems, driving improvements, and being the go-to person for finance technology.
You'll play a key role in rolling out and enhancing Dynamics 365 FandO, working closely with Finance and IT to improve processes, data quality, and overall system performance. There's real scope here to shape how things are done, lead projects, and make a visible impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting D365 FandO implementations across GL, AR, AP and Projects
- Owning configuration, process design, and continuous system improvements
- Acting as the subject matter expert for finance systems and stakeholders
- Driving projects end to end (including change management)
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
What they're looking for:
- Strong finance systems background (professional services experience ideal)
- Finance or accountancy background (CIMA/ACCA preferred, not essential)
- Solid experience with D365 FandO or another enterprise ERP
- Comfortable owning projects and working with senior stakeholders
- Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them
