• £400-£500 - Outside IR35

Are you a Senior Developer with experience using Unit 4 in the public sector? Do you understand the strategic importance of data solutions but are also prepared to get hands-on with implementation? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you!

At Talent, we're addressing a major data challenge within the public sector and are seeking a Developer with a solid background in Unit 4. We need someone who knows what good looks like from both a strategic and operational perspective and can guide us through solving our data issues.

As a Developer you will be responsible for;

• Utilise your Unit 4 experience in the public sector to drive data solutions that meet strategic goals.
• Work hands-on to tackle big data challenges and improve our existing data processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize Unit 4 solutions within a public sector framework.
• Assess current data strategies and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Unit 4, providing insights and guidance on best practices for data management.

As a Senior Developer you will have the following experience;

• Proven experience working with Unit 4 in a public sector environment.
• Strong understanding of data management and big data challenges, especially in public sector contexts.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable steps using Unit 4.
• Hands-on experience with implementing and optimizing data processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tackling complex data issues.
