Are you an experienced analytics consultant ready to lead the delivery of advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions for major UK organisations?

This role blends hands-on technical expertise with consulting leadership. You'll work closely with clients to turn complex business challenges into scalable, cloud-based data solutions, while leading teams and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities include;

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on data engineering and advanced analytics best practices
  • Lead end-to-end analytics engagements, from discovery and requirements through to delivery
  • Design and implement scalable, cloud-based data platforms and BI solutions
  • Build intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or similar)
  • Develop and oversee data models, transformations, and ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Architect robust, scalable data solutions aligned to business needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure outcomes deliver real business value
  • Mentor and support team members, contributing to successful project execution

Skills and Experience;

  • Proven experience delivering cloud-based analytics and data engineering solutions
  • Strong background in a client-facing consulting environment (consultancy or SI preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams or managing analytics project delivery
  • Advanced skills in Python and SQL
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools (e.g. Azure Data Factory)
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks)
  • Strong xkybehq data visualisation experience (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of data modelling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes
  • Exposure to Big Data, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning is a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
