We're delivering a next-generation Public Key Infrastructure as part of a major Quantum Safe transformation programme. At the heart of this is the implementation and service introduction of a new enterprise-grade Certificate Authority, enabling classical, hybrid and post-quantum digital certificates at scale.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery - from initiation and design through to deployment and operational handover.
What you'll be doing
Leading the design, delivery and service introduction of a modern Certificate Authority platform
Planning and executing the programme in line with a wider Quantum Safe cybersecurity strategy
Defining clear business outcomes and ensuring benefits remain traceable throughout delivery
Managing delivery progress, risks, dependencies and budget
Driving issues to resolution and initiating corrective actions where required
Ensuring robust quality assurance across all project outputs
Coordinating global stakeholders across technology, security and operations
Overseeing transition into live service to ensure operational readiness
Providing clear, confident reporting to senior stakeholders
What you'll bring
Proven project management experience within large, complex financial services environments
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on global technology or cybersecurity programmes
Solid working knowledge of cybersecurity and PKI
Understanding of Quantum Safe concepts, standards and related institutions
Strong stakeholder management, decision-making and delivery focus
Resilience, adaptability and the confidence to lead in high-impact environments
