UX/UI Designer

The UX/UI Designer will collaborate with Product Owners in an agile team to deliver customer-focused features. They will produce and present mobile-first UX deliverables, including wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and dev-ready designs, while championing customer needs and continuously improving the user experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the design strategy for a completely new set of web features using a mobile-first approach
- Own the UX & UI process as an integral part of our agile development sprints from conception to launch
- Evangelise the customer in every conversation and decision, be passionate about their needs and continually strive to improve their experience
- Create and effectively present UX deliverables (IA, wireframes, workflows, prototypes, journeys)
- Collaborate with brand Product Owners to ensure you take into consideration their needs, and they buy-in to your vision
- Own the design evolution of our brand websites and manage a UI Library to reflect current brand guidelines and values
Key Skills Required:
- Experience working alongside Product Owners.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to manage expectations.
- Delivering mobile-first UX/UI experiences
- Excellent knowledge of the main design software including but not limited to Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, Axure, Omnigraffle, Sublime/Atom, Keynote
